Job Description:

Position Overview: As a Supplementor at Trojan Roofing, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive the maximum benefits from their insurance claims. This entry-level position does not require prior experience, as we are willing to provide comprehensive training to the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze insurance claims and estimates.
• Prepare and submit supplemental documentation to insurance companies.
• Communicate effectively with insurance adjusters and customers.
• Follow up on pending supplements and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of all supplements and related documentation.
• Collaborate with the sales and production teams to ensure seamless claim processes.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
