We are looking for an experienced ERP Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team in Arlington, Virginia. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in analyzing, designing, and implementing enterprise solutions to meet business needs. This position requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across various teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze and document the organization's current billing and revenue system functionality to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand desired billing and revenue functions and align system designs accordingly.
• Coordinate system modifications and designs to ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies.
• Represent the organization as the ERP subject matter expert in meetings and workshops, ensuring business needs are adequately addressed.
• Identify potential issues and provide detailed recommendations to leadership for informed decision-making.
• Create and maintain project plans, documentation, and reports following established standards and methodologies.
• Build and sustain effective relationships with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients.
• Participate in project team activities, including meetings and testing efforts related to billing and revenue systems.
• Review and evaluate vendor documentation, providing recommendations to the IT Program Manager regarding its acceptance.
• Conduct hands-on testing to validate vendor solutions and provide detailed feedback to address any discrepancies.• Proficiency in client-side scripting and ability to implement technical solutions.
• Proven experience in creating and managing business requirement documents.
• Expertise in configuration management for enterprise systems.
• Strong knowledge of API development and integration processes.
• Experience in Salesforce development and customization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with conducting lessons learned sessions and implementing process improvements.
