Event Director Wedding & Events Venue
Location: St Charles, Michigan
Compensation: $50,000 $120,000 (Base + Commission per Event)
We are launching a brand-new wedding and events venue in St Charles, Michigan and are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Event Director to join us. This is a rare opportunity to help build a venue from the ground up while directly sharing in its success through a base salary plus commission on every event.
As Event Director, youll be the face of the venue leading tours, booking clients, managing vendor relationships and directing events on-site. Youll also play a key role in shaping the business by creating systems, refining operations, and helping us maximize the guest experience. During events, youll lead additional staff to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
