Job Description Sales & Recruitment The role of the Executive Search Consultant with Siter-Neubauer & Associates is all encompassing. You will have the ability to grow a business from the ground up that will reflect your spirit, ambition and your ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates. The ability and desire to build a network of contacts is essential for success in our business. As a member of our team, you will create a winning blend as you interface with clients and candidates to help bring them together in a great career match. You will develop your own clients and present them with a slate of candidates that you develop. You will work to satisfy the needs of companies who are seeking to fill professional and managerial level positions. Compensation You will receive a base salary commensurate with your experience. In addition, you will receive one of the highest commission payouts available in the industry. If you do not earn at least $50,000 in your first year, you have not done well. Depending on your ambition, intelligence, and work ethic, you can earn $60,000, $70,000, $80,000 or more your first year. Our expectation is that you will earn $100,000 your second year. Our Executive Search Consultants who have been with us for at least three years earn between $150,000 and $250,000.
