IMMEDIATE HIRE - REMOTE POSITION - $25+ PER HOUR -DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

ABCO Maintenance is a Commercial Facility Maintenance/Construction Company that has been serving the Tri-State area 7 days a week/ 24 hours a day for over 30 years. We are actively recruiting an experienced EXECUTIVE/PERSONAL ASSISTANT to join our team

Job Description:

We are looking for an expereince Executive/Personal Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company owners.

To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills, be able to act without guidance, and be a quick and efficient decision maker.

In addition, a qualified candidate must have ability to perform the below tasks and posses the below abilities.

• Investigations - research and make recommendations or find solutions on issues, possibly even things that are unfamiliar.
• Be and out of box thinker.
• Respectful to others, but not afraid to push to get an answer
• Able to influence without authority and be persuasive

Additional responsibilities as needed.

Position Requirements


Requirements

• Exceptionally Tech Savvy - must successfully complete computer assessment
• Experience in continued administrative functions (6+ years)
• At least one job with at least 5 years or more at the same company
• Good track record of employment and job consistency
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details
• Excellent communication skills
• Good phone personality
• Ability to think on your feet, assess situations, and act with a sense of urgency.
• Must meet all pre-employment requirements.
• Construction/Maintenance environment a plus, BUT NOT REQUIRED.
