Responsibilities Perform high‑quality, customized eyelash extension applications according to Amazing Lash Studios' standards and client preferences. Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their desired look and ensure client satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to all sanitation guidelines. Educate clients on proper aftercare to ensure the longevity of their lash extensions. Actively promote and sell retail products and membership packages to enhance the client experience and achieve sales goals. Contribute to a positive and collaborative studio culture. Adhere to Amazing Lash Studios' policies and procedures. Stay updated on the latest lash extension techniques and trends. Qualifications Must possess a current and valid cosmetology or esthetician license. Proven experience as a Lash Artist , with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Excellent technical skills in classic, volume, and/or mega‑volume lash application. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A positive attitude and a team‑oriented mindset. A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to learn and grow. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. An understanding of and alignment with Amazing Lash Studios' mission and purpose.
