We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our esteemed team at DoctorHere . As an integral part of our practice, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive healthcare services to our diverse patient population.

Language Skill: Korean speaking preferred

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, medical history reviews, and perform accurate diagnoses for patients of all ages.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that encompass medical, preventative, and wellness measures.
• Collaborate closely with our primary care physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and integrated patient care.
• Administer and prescribe appropriate medications, as well as order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR) to ensure accurate patient documentation.
• Uphold ethical and professional conduct in all patient interactions and communications.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Family Nurse Practitioner license in NY and/or NJ.
• Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner in Family Medicine.
• Master's degree program designed to prepare a registered nurse to provide acute/primary health care services or the successful completion of an approved supplemental education program, i.e., post
• Demonstrated experience in a primary care or family medicine setting is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in performing physical examinations, diagnosing common illnesses, and managing chronic conditions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and basic computer applications.
• At least two years of nursing experience in area of specialty practice applied for
