Job Summary:

As a part-time Field Marketing Brand Promoter at GYMGUYZ, your primary role is to drive brand awareness, attract new clients, and support our mission of delivering personalized fitness training in the comfort of clients' homes, or in corporate wellness settings. Over time you will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies and initiatives tailored to your assigned territory.

Responsibilities:

1. Drive Field Engagement: Distribute promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, yard signs and business cards, to target areas and at relevant events

2. Reporting: Track and report on the effectiveness of field marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

3. Collaborate: work closely with internal teams to align field activities with overall business strategy

4. Attend regular team meetings

5. Opportunity to grow Marketing strategy, tactics and execution

Qualifications:

REQUIRED: Valid Driver's License

Interpersonal and communication skills.

Previous experience in sales or marketing, particularly in the fitness or wellness industry.

Central Ohio local market and demographic knowledge.

Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.

Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle is a plus.

Flexible work from home options available.


Compensation: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
