Location: Gates, NY (Easily commutable from the city)
Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Mandatory Overtime during peak seasons (Extra cash opportunity!)

We are a leading printing company seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join our team on B Shift . If you're looking for a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is key, this is the perfect opportunity for you! 

Position Summary:
As a Production Associate, you'll perform a variety of supporting tasks related to collation, labeling, verifying, binning, quality control, and shipping. We are looking for a meticulous, detail-oriented individual who works well with a team and can help ensure the smooth flow of production.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform tasks related to collation, labeling, verifying, binning, quality control, and shipping.
• Work with other team members to ensure smooth production flow, reporting delays or issues to supervisors.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Support the shift supervisor and area leads in daily production operations.
• Work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required by the shift supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned to support production.

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
• Competence in at least three of the following areas: collation, labeling, verifying, binning, quality control, and shipping.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to meeting production targets.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• Motivation to learn new skills and assist in other areas as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to bend, sit, stand, and walk frequently.
