As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the face of our hotel, welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and responding to guest inquiries with enthusiasm.

• Displays good initiative

Essential Duties:

• Efficiently check in guests and assign rooms
• Follow brand standards for elite members
• Check out guests, collect payments, and settle bills
• Answer guest inquiries and provide recommendations
• Handle guest service requests promptly
• Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts

• Weekend availability
