You will collaborate closely with design, marketing, and product teams to bring creative ideas to life through functional, responsive, and optimized front-end code. Key Responsibilities Webflow Development: Build and maintain websites that reflect design specs and meet performance standards. Responsive Design: Ensure seamless web experiences across all devices and screen sizes. A/B Testing Integration: Implement and iterate on A/B testing results to enhance user engagement. Accessibility: Build inclusive web solutions that meet WCAG 2.1 standards. Design Systems: Create scalable, reusable front-end components in alignment with UX and brand guidelines. Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams for smooth, high-quality project delivery. Optimization: Enhance site speed, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility. Quality Assurance: Conduct testing and debugging to ensure error-free deployment. Required Qualifications 5 – 15 years of professional front-end development experience. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles. Demonstrated experience using Webflow (preferred). Experience implementing A/B testing and performance optimization. Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1). Experience with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for design collaboration. Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility and site performance. Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Experience integrating CMS or third-party tools. Knowledge of SEO best practices. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
