Key Responsibilities Webflow Development: Build and maintain websites that reflect design specs and meet performance standards. Responsive Design: Ensure seamless web experiences across all devices and screen sizes. A/B Testing Integration: Implement and iterate on A/B testing results to enhance user engagement. Accessibility: Build inclusive web solutions that meet WCAG 2.1 standards. Design Systems: Create scalable, reusable front-end components in alignment with UX and brand guidelines. Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams for smooth, high-quality project delivery. Optimization: Enhance site speed, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility. Quality Assurance: Conduct testing and debugging to ensure error-free deployment. Required Qualifications 5 – 15 years of professional front-end development experience.
