**Job Description**
+ This position is required to have simple counting skills to pick product via pick to light module, as well Packing experience.
+ The position requires repetitive bending and twisting.
+ Associate should be capable of adhering to WIP's (Work Place Instructions).
+ Associate must perform to metrics such as safety, quality, production rates, absenteeism, etc. as well as follow 6S and BPS principles.
**Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Knowledge of various packaging methods, and rigging experience.
+ Must be able to Read and write English.
+ Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs. on a regular basis
