We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Airline Support Agents to join our team in Malta. In this role, you will be primarily assisting customers over the phone with all queries related to our airline services. You will also have the opportunity to engage with customers via social media, chatbox, and emails.

Requirements:

• C2 level German 
• Excellent communication, writing, and listening skills.
• A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Computer literacy, with a preference for candidates holding an ECDL certificate.
• Previous experience in a customer care role is essential.
• Flexibility to work a rostered schedule from Monday to Sunday.
