We are a non-profit organization based in Florida, dedicated to providing a supportive environment for individuals in recovery. Our mission is to help individuals develop essential life skills to support their recovery journey and successful reintegration into society.Primary Responsibilities Include:- Develop compelling and transparent funding proposals and reports- Research grant opportunities from various sources- Effectively communicate the organization's mission and programs to potential funders- Prepare and submit grant requests, including letters, proposals, budgets, and presentations- Ensure compliance with grant reporting requirements- Maintain confidentiality and security of all documentation- Manage the Grant Calendar to ensure timely submissions- Other duties as assignedExperience And Education:- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred- Minimum of 5 years of grant writing experience- Previous experience in non-profit fundraising is preferred- Proficient in meeting income goals- Strong written communication and editing skills- Knowledge of fundraising information sources- Ability to work independently and collaboratively- Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint- Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Teams preferredFull-time:Salary: $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:- 401(k) matching- Health insurance- Dental insurance- Vision insurance- Tuition reimbursement- Paid time offSchedule:Monday to FridayExperience:- 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple locationsPlease note that this job description is subject to change and may not include all responsibilities.
