Job Description

Ingles Markets is looking for a Repack Order Selector for its Distribution Center located in Black Mountain, NC. As a Repack Order Selector, you will:

• Select and fill general merchandise orders from stores.
• Ensure all items are properly and securely placed in totes.
• Replenish selection racks as directed by the handheld warehouse management system.
• Unload totes from conveyor belts and place them on correct pallet for shipping.

Compensation Information:

• Pay starting at $19.20/hr.
• Multiple shifts - Department and shift differential may apply.
• Start earning Paid Time Off day 1 (FT).
• Weekly pay with direct deposit.

Employment Requirements:

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Will conduct a Criminal Background Check.
• Must pass an E-Verify Screening.

Physical Requirements:

• Varied warehouse environments.
• Extensive standing.
• Constant lifting of cases to be placed on pallets with some heavier cases weighing up to 75lbs.

Experience

• Will train the right candidate.
• Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must want to work and have excellent attendance.
• Must be willing to learn and pay attention to detail.
