About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Digital Content to lead the development and distribution of online media, with a strong emphasis on video and audio. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire content production process, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with business objectives. This role involves curating and identifying new content opportunities, as well as developing and maintaining guidelines and standards to ensure the quality of the output. The Head of Digital Content will also be tasked with analyzing the performance of content activities to drive continuous improvement. Applicants for the Head of Digital Content position should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in digital media management, particularly in the areas of online video and video production. Experience in consumer tech, entertainment, and media online video production is essential. The role requires extensive experience with the Adobe Creative Suite or similar software. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading a team of content creators and authors, and be adept at aligning content with the needs and preferences of the consumer. The position is remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK, and the opportunity for in-person meetings with colleagues.
