Job Title: Healthcare IT Project Manager (US Citizens Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Lead endtoend project management for healthcare IT initiatives ensuring projects are delivered on time within scope and budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including clinicians IT staff administrators and thirdparty vendors to define project requirements and objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines milestones budgets and risk assessments.
• Oversee the implementation integration and optimization of healthcare IT systems such as EHR/EMR systems patient portals and interoperability solutions.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g. HIPAA HITECH) and data security best practices.
• Manage vendor relationships negotiate contracts and ensure quality delivery of services.
• Facilitate crossfunctional team collaboration and communication to drive project success.
• Identify document and mitigate project risks and issues ensuring timely resolution.
• Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders providing regular updates and performance metrics.
• Support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new technology solutions by endusers.
• Stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and regulatory changes in healthcare IT.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Healthcare Administration Computer Science or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
• Experience in IT project management with at least 3 years in the healthcare sector.
• Proven experience managing projects involving healthcare IT systems such as EHRs/EMRs (e.g. Epic Cerner Meditech) patient engagement platforms or telehealth solutions.
• Experience with standards and protocols such as HL7 FHIR and ICD coding.
• Strong understanding of SDLC Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project Jira Azure DevOps or equivalent).
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory compliance and security standards (e.g. HIPAA HITECH).
• Exceptional leadership organizational and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Certification such as PMP CSM or Lean Six Sigma is highly desirable.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS in healthcare settings.
• Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools used in healthcare IT.
• Experience with ITIL and IT service management processes.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
