*Schedule: *Mon-Fri or Weekends (2-4 hours; 9 AM - 1 PM, 12 hours, LIVE IN)

*Job Summary:*
As a Home Health Aide, you will provide compassionate care, including assistance with bathing, housekeeping, and meal preparation. This role offers a competitive compensation package, flexible schedules, and opportunities for career advancement.
*Responsibilities*:
* Provide assistance with daily activities, including bathing, housekeeping, and meal preparation
* Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients
* Collaborate with the Care Team Supervisor and follow care plans
* Maintain open communication with clients and their families
* Document and report any changes in clients’ conditions
* Adhere to all safety and health regulations
* Attend training sessions as required
*Qualifications:*
* Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate *required*
* Reliable transportation, *required*
* Passion for helping people
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to perform occasional heavy lifting and extended periods of standing
