An established and growing hospice organization is currently seeking an experienced hospice clinical leader to oversee their hospice program. This is an established program (current ADC over 100) with committed referral partners throughout Central Massachusetts.
The Director of Clinical Operations will provide guidance and mentorship to a wonderful clinical team that includes two Hospice Clinical Managers.
This is an incredible opportunity to be the top clinical leader and a key decision maker for this organization's Hospice division. The ideal candidate will be a hospice expert with a passion for leadership.
