Hospitality Support Specialist
Saint Paul, MN (onsite)

Provides consistent and high quality standard of cleanliness and organization of breakrooms, coffee machines and equipment and water dispensers. Office maintenance, including, but not limited to: light wiping/dusting, ordering and restocking office supplies within department. This position reports directly to the Site Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and break down conference rooms per event requirements.
• Assemble and arrange conference equipment; manage catering setups.
• Maintain cleanliness standards for kitchens, meeting rooms, and equipment.
• Handle general office maintenance: trash removal, cleaning, and restocking supplies.
• Assist in managing the conference/hospitality calendar and greet clients.
• Perform clerical duties, including mail services and office supply distribution.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of related hospitality and office experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance may be required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer and office equipment skills.
• Ability to follow directions and maintain a clean work area.
