Our client, a leading agricultural manufacturing company with 30 years of industry excellence, is seeking a dedicated HR Assistant who shares their passion for hard work and excellence.The HR Assistant will be a meticulous and proactive team member. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial records, processing transactions, and supporting financial operations. RESPONSIBILITIES:Financial Reporting: Prepare detailed monthly sales reports and departmental income/expense spreadsheets.Transaction Processing: Handle payments via checks, ACH, and wire transfers.Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts payable statements and review accounts receivable statements on a monthly basis.Inventory & Tax: Assist with inventory price adjustments and sales & use tax returns.Payroll & Labor: Process payroll and track labor hours.Human Resources: Provide support in various HR functions.Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by management to support overall company operations. DESIRED PROFILE:Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Effective written and oral communication skills.Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of relevant bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred.
