Job Description

Our client is seeking an HR Assistant/Coordinator to help with a special project which includes thoroughly reviewing HR files contained in 400+ boxes.

The main responsibilities are:

- Review a large amount of HR files to determine if they can be destroyed or retained per our policy retention policy.

- Document HR files completing our internal trackers (Excel spreadsheets)

- Organize files to be shipped to external vendor for scanning or destruction.

Skills

- Ability to handle large amounts of HR files (personnel files, payroll, pension)

- Attention to detail, it is required to enter information to our database.

- Organizational skills

- Teamwork and collaboration

- Proficiency in MS Office suite

- The role requires to lift and move around boxes containing documents.
