About Us: Executive Energy Management is a management body for sales and customer service contact center organizations. We work with sales and customer service people who understand the value of industry expertise, courteous and professional interactions with customers, and the responsibility of representing the brand of the client. The companies we manage have call centers located in Largo, Florida and Las Vegas, Nevada. We are in search of an HR Manager for our fast-paced call centers.
Summary/Objective The human resource manager is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, employment law compliance and employee engagement.
Essential Functions
· Ensures that all documents for on-boarded employees are completed accurately and are scanned and filed correctly.
· Responds to all Employment Development Department/DETR claims.
· Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
· Administers the compensation program; monitors the performance evaluation program and revises as necessary.
· Performs benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment and communicating benefit information to employees.
· Develops and maintains affirmative action program; files EEO-1 report annually; maintain other records, reports and logs to conform to EEO regulations.
· Manages recruitment efforts for all exempt and nonexempt personnel.
· Handles employee relations counseling and exit interviewing.
. In-charge of employee engagement.
· Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars. Maintains company organization charts and the employee directory.
· Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed.
· Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database.
· Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
· Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Work Environment
While the work environment is “casual”, HR and Executive staff are expected to be professional. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 5:00 pm or depending on company needs. Occasional evening and weekend
Travel
Occasional travel may be expected for this position.
Required Education and Experience
A bachelor's degree and three to five years' human resource experience desired. Combination of certification and years' call center experience will be considered.
Experience in a Call Center environment a must.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Certification: PHR or similar HR certification or similar experience will be accepted.
