Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our team at ProspHire. As an HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and managing the HR processes and policies that drive our organization. You will be responsible for overseeing employee benefits, recruitment, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive and engaging work environment. Your strategic thinking and people-oriented approach will help us attract top talent, maintain compliance, and enhance employee satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
HR Processes and Policies:
Develop, implement, and oversee HR policies and procedures that align with company objectives and industry best practices.
Ensure HR practices are compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.
Continuously review and improve HR systems and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Recruitment:
Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions that attract qualified candidates.
Oversee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, including those related to equal opportunity, safety, and labor standards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Handle employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution, in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
Employee Engagement:
Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee morale and identify areas for improvement.
Organize and facilitate training and development programs to support employee growth and career advancement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Training and Development or Organizational Development, Business or a related field required.
5 years (minimum) of HR experience in recruiting, onboarding, assessment, and training and development.
Demonstrated ability in HR measurement and metrics.
Experience in utilizing assessments for career development and project management experience preferred.
