The Hattie Larlham Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for the initial screening of employment candidates and assisting the Talent Acquisition Team with application processing, checking references, and the post-offer onboarding process. The Recruitment Coordinator also provides support for other Human Resources functions (i.e. special projects, filing, office coverage, etc.) as requested by the Manager. The Recruitment Coordinator provides a high level of customer service to internal and external customers and represents Hattie Larlham in a positive and professional manner at all times.

  • Location: Hattie Larlham Central Office, 769 Brooksedge Blvd., Westerville, OH 43081
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-4:30pm, 40 hours/week

Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma or GED required. Associates/Bachelor 's degree or one (1) year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Previous experience with recruitment preferred, with knowledge and entry-level experience of human resource generalist functions. (e.g. employment practices, HR policy, employment).
  • Previous experience with applicant tracking software preferred.
  • Must be proficient in the use of office equipment such as computers, phones, printer/photocopier/scanner, filing cabinets and other electronic devices.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in use of Microsoft Office 365, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel required.
  • Valid Ohio Driver’s License is required to maintain employment.
  • Ability to travel within the state of Ohio required.
