Position Summary

We are seeking hardworking, reliable, and motivated HVAC Apprentices to support our installation teams throughout Michigan and Northern Ohio. This is a full-time, year-round position —no seasonal layoffs—with opportunities to grow into lead or technician roles.

As an HVAC Apprentice, you will assist in the installation of HVAC systems, gain hands-on field experience, and receive on-the-job training from experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Installers with the setup, installation, and testing of HVAC systems (furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, water heaters, boilers)

• Handle tools, materials, and supplies safely and efficiently

• Learn and apply relevant mechanical codes and best practices

• Maintain clean and organized job sites

• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times

• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and homeowners

Qualifications

• Interest in HVAC as a long-term career

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools

• Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift 50+ lbs

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred

• Must pass a background check and drug screening

• Previous HVAC or construction experience a plus, but not required
