Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to oversee the design, engineering, installation, and aftermarket support of commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in HVAC system design, experience with multiple projects simultaneously, and proficiency in project management tools. This role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of managing project deliverables, documentation, and communication between various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and manage 5-40 HVAC projects concurrently, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of all phases including design, installation, and support.
• Design/Engineering Support: Collaborate with engineering and design teams to support the creation of HVAC systems, reviewing and interpreting construction documentation, RFIs, and product specifications.
• Documentation Review: Produce, review, and manage project deliverables, including pricing, drawings, materials, and samples.
• Coordination: Work with architectural, structural, electrical, and other trade professionals to ensure integrated system design and implementation.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee verification activities to ensure project compliance with standards and specifications.
• Client Interaction: Maintain effective communication with clients, addressing concerns and providing updates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Team Leadership: Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to facilitate project execution and resolve any issues that arise.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of professional work experience in project management, with at least 3 years specifically supporting the design and engineering of HVAC systems.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of full system design, including interaction with architectural, structural, electrical, and other trades.
• Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE), Fundamentals of Engineering (FE), or Engineer in Training (EIT) certifications are a plus.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with AutoCAD or other modeling tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field is required.
