We are seeking an experienced and passionate Immigration Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This role will involve working on a broad range of immigration cases with a concentration on removal defense, re-entry cases, and immigration status. The successful candidate will provide legal advice, conduct legal research, and represent clients before authorities. Job Details

Responsibilities

1. Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients on a range of immigration matters, including removal defense, re-entry cases, and immigration status.
2. Conduct detailed legal research to support case preparations and provide informed legal advice.
3. Represent clients in court, presenting clear and compelling arguments to support their case.
4. Prepare and draft various legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
5. Manage a caseload of immigration matters, ensuring each case is handled efficiently and effectively.
6. Maintain excellent client relations, providing regular updates and counseling to clients throughout their case.
7. Negotiate with opposing counsel, mediating disputes and working towards favorable resolutions.
8. Ensure full compliance with all relevant legal procedures and regulations.
9. Analyze legal issues and develop strategic solutions to overcome them.
10. Collaborate with the legal team to develop strategies and streamline processes.

Qualifications

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admitted to practice law in the state and in good standing.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Immigration Attorney or similar role.
4. Proven experience in removal defense, re-entry cases, and immigration status.
5. Excellent legal research and writing skills.
6. Strong experience in conducting depositions, mediations, and hearings.
7. Proficient in preparing legal documents and pleadings.
8. Excellent negotiation and mediation skills.
9. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases simultaneously.
10. Strong understanding of legal compliance and procedures.
11. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on client relationships.
12. Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.
13. Demonstrated ability to represent clients effectively in court.
