Independent Freight Dispatcher - $1,800 to $4,500+ Weekly Potential

Employment Type: 1099 / Independent Contractor

This is a performance-driven dispatch role working with owner-operators managing their own fleets. Your earnings will be commission-based , which means your income depends on your efficiency, negotiation skills, and the volume of carriers you manage.

Your Responsibilities

• Secure loads using broker networks and load boards
• Negotiate competitive freight rates
• Coordinate pickups, deliveries, tracking, and necessary paperwork
• Maintain professional communication with both drivers and brokers
• Independently manage your workflow

What You Need

• Must be a U.S. resident
• Laptop or desktop computer
• High-speed internet connection
• Professional phone and headset
• Strong organizational skills and self-motivation

Experience in dispatching, brokerage, customer service, or similar roles is a plus but not mandatory.
