Job Description

We’re looking for an Information Technology Manager to oversee IT operations, infrastructure, and help desk services. In this role, you’ll lead projects, manage procurement, supervise support operations, and ensure compliance—while driving efficiency and innovation across the business.
What You’ll Do
Lead IT projects that align with business goals.
Oversee IT infrastructure, network security, and disaster recovery.
Manage help desk and end-user support.
Coordinate IT procurement, policies, and documentation.
Serve as the main IT point of contact for leadership.
Explore new technologies—including Generative AI—to improve processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven IT management experience.
Strong knowledge of infrastructure (network, hardware, software, security).
Experience with help desk management and end-user support.
IT procurement and SOX compliance experience.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
