Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Insulation Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a variety of environments and has a strong attention to detail. Experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person!

YOUR LIFE AS A CONSTRUCTION LABORER / INSULATION INSTALLER
In this insulation installation role, you work with your team to complete a vital step in the construction process for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. You start your day by loading materials onto the truck, transporting them to the job site, and setting up the necessary equipment. You prepare for an efficient insulation process by air sealing and install baffles and poly vents. With attention to detail, you install insulation, making sure that the wall or attic space is covered thoroughly. To ensure quality work is performed at each job, you complete a final walkthrough with your crew leader and make any needed repairs. You always leave a clean job site when your work is finished. You enjoy being part of a supportive team and feel great about the role you play in our success!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
MUST have a valid driver's license.
High school diploma or GED.
Knowledge of construction business and/or 2- 3 year prior related work experience.
Ability to use good judgement and problem-solving skills while working safely at all times.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to always demonstrate a respectful and professional demeanor with strong customer service skills.
Occasion overnight travel required
Good interpersonal communication skills.
