As an Insulation Installer, you will:
Install all types of insulation, including spray foam, cellulose, and fiberglass.
Operate and maintain equipment to ensure smooth project execution.
Stay on schedule and complete projects efficiently.
Lead and coordinate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Maintain safety protocols and high-quality standards.
Provide excellent customer service with pride in your craftsmanship.

No facial hair on cheeks and neck (due to respirator use).
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Ability to work in various environments, including attics, basements, and crawl spaces.
Comfortable working on ladders, scaffolding, and operating a forklift.
Must lift up to 50 lbs and work in extreme heat or cold.
Leadership skills and ability to manage team dynamics effectively.
High school diploma or GED.
Construction or painting experience is preferred, especially with fiberglass batting, spray foam, blown-in insulation, or airless paint sprayers.
Problem-solving skills and a commitment to safe work practices.
Must be eligible to work in the US.
English proficiency required; bilingual skills are a plus.
