Intake Receptionist (Weekend)

Who We’re Looking For

You’ll excel in this role if you:

  • Have previous experience in reception, client service, or administrative work (legal industry experience is not required, it's a bonus).
  • Are a clear and empathetic communicator with a client-focused attitude.
  • Are organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy (familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools like Clio or Lawmatics is a plus).
  • Are reliable, professional, and capable of managing sensitive and confidential information.

Candidate must reside within commutable distance of Colorado Springs, CO.

Compensation:

$18 - $22 hourly

Responsibilities:

As our Weekend Intake Receptionist, you’ll play a vital role as the first point of contact for potential and existing clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering calls and emails professionally, providing accurate information about our services.
  • Collecting and recording potential client information for case evaluations.
  • Scheduling client consultations and follow-ups in our calendar system.
  • Ensuring seamless communication between clients and the client concierge or attorney.
  • Supporting administrative tasks such as data entry and document organization.
Qualifications:
  • Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations
  • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, guest service specialist, or similar position preferred
  • Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills
