Job Description

    Internship - Real Estate, North America Location:This position will be based out of our Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY. Salary:Compensation for this internship will be $25 per hour. Position Overview The Real Estate Intern will support the Tiffany & Co. Real Estate team in managing store portfolio operations across the Americas. Working closely with the Real Estate Manager and the broader Corporate Real Estate function, this role provides an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of real estate transaction management, lease administration, and retail portfolio analysis within a global luxury environment. Key Accountabilities Responsibilities
    • Assist in preparing real estate documents and reports, including project initiation forms, market comparable analyses, and project approval decks.
    • Support coordination of cross-functional meetings, team travel, and documentation related to active projects.
    • Partner with Lease Administration and Finance teams to maintain accuracy of lease data and portfolio metrics.
    • Conduct research on retail markets, new store opportunities, and competitor activity.
    • Support preparation of proposal comparison packages and letters of intent.
    • Help compile Excel-based analyses for real estate transactions such as new leases, renewals, or relocations.
    • Learn how to interpret commercial leases, amendments, and abstracts to support database accuracy.
    • Contribute to team presentations and internal communications summarizing project progress or strategic insights.
    Qualifications Required
    • Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Strong analytical and organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
    • A collaborative mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Passion for luxury retail, architecture, and real estate development.
    Preferred
    • Familiarity with architectural drawings or CAD systems.
    • Prior internship or coursework experience in real estate, finance, or project management.
    • Curiosity about global retail markets and emerging trends in the luxury sector.
