Job Description
Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for residents and staff. 2. Clean all resident rooms as assigned. (some daily/weekly) 3. Clean all offices as assigned. 4. Mop, Strip, buff, and wax and/or vacuum all floors, including common areas and hallways 5. Clean kitchen / dining room area as needed. 6. Store and maintain cleaning equipment. 7. Maintain grounds, all areas of property. 8. Assist with building maintenance: painting and performing light repair work 9. Report any inappropriate behavior on the grounds to the Management. 10. Perform housekeeping duties as needed. 11. Operations: Pick up supplies as needed. 12. Organize and maintain client patio area and exercise area. 13. Clean shared Restrooms and Showers daily. 14. Pressure wash front entrance, windows, walls and floors as needed. 15. Empty all trash daily. 16. Assist on special events, community events, classes, groups and meetings in cleaning, setting up and breaking down.
