As a Junior Graphic Web Designer, you will be at the forefront of innovative web technologies and best practices in usability and design. Your role will involve archiving web-based information for future reference, ensuring the website is optimized to meet organizational objectives, and collaborating with marketing specialists. Duties & Responsibilities Stay up to date with new emerging web technologies and best practices in usability and design. Assure web-based information is archived for future needs and reference. Continually provide expertise and guidance to organization on how the website can be optimized to achieve organizational objectives. Work as part of a team with marketing specialists. Review incoming design requests, monitor work to ensure consistency with brand guidelines, templates, and standards. Implement brand guidelines, templates and standards. Develop dynamic prototypes, refined design screens, final graphic assets for global use. Demonstrates creative, technical and analytical skills. Responsible for meeting expectations and deliver on time and in high quality. Ability to grow; continually learning about new products, services and methods of presentation for CTP products. Ability to be able to react to changes productively and handles miscellaneous tasks as assigned. Responsible for the tracking of our digital mailer Qualifications Outstanding writing and editing skills, as well as a sound working knowledge of current web content development practices Must be comfortable in designing a content management system for custom sites.
