* Maintain accurate inventory of truck stock
* Complete multiple repairs on a daily basis
* Keep supervisor and customer service advised of progress during the day
* Perform administrative tasks such as updating work orders daily and submitting paperwork
* Maintains a clean and operational vehicle
* Performs all other duties as assigned.
* 0-2 Years Appliance Service Technician experience required
* 0-2 Years Customer Service experience required
* Excellent customer relations skills
* Functional basic math skills
* Ability to explain repairs to customers in an understandable and logical manner
* Ability to make sound fact based decisions in the companys best interest
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Self-disciplined and motivated
* Effective organization and time management skills
* Ability to perform repairs effectively while applying safe practices on the job
* Excellent Mechanical aptitude
* Ability to complete multiple repairs daily
* Ability to work with minimal supervision
* Competent in basic computer operation, email experience
* Electrical, gas and electronic testing equipment experience
* Basic hand tool experience
