Responsibilities Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager / Scrum Master to support the delivery of a front-end application project. This role is ideal for someone with foundational knowledge of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC), who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will work closely with engineers and the Senior Technical Project Manager to ensure smooth sprint execution, maintain Jira boards, and generate project reports. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Support the Senior Technical Project Manager in coordinating project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies. Maintain and organize Jira boards, ensuring tickets are up-to-date and accurately reflect project status. Track sprint progress and velocity; identify and escalate blockers or risks. Generate and distribute regular reports on sprint performance, team capacity, and project health. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and QA to ensure alignment and timely delivery. Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement within the team. Qualifications 1 2 years of experience in a project coordination, Scrum Master, or Agile team support role. Basic understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and the software development lifecycle. Hands-on experience with Jira or similar project management tools. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a dynamic environment. Scrum Master certification (CSM or equivalent) is a plus but not required. Preferred Skills Familiarity with front-end technologies or web application development. Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
