Job Title: Lab Assistant Job Description

As a Lab Assistant, you will provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will maintain a positive, solution-focused approach in all interactions and ensure attention to detail in all activities, ensuring accurate information is passed along to customers and internal teams.

• Address customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

• Proficiency in data entry.
• Experience in laboratory procedures.
• Ability to manage inventory effectively.
• Familiarity with standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Strong computer skills.
• Experience in laboratory settings.

The work environment is dynamic and collaborative, with an emphasis on teamwork and communication. You will be expected to adhere to standard laboratory safety protocols while working with various technologies and equipment. The position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage tasks independently.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plant City, FL.

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Plant City,FL.
