This confidential client was founded by an engineering-centric team of executives whose backgrounds come from tier-one semiconductor companies in the connectivity sector.

The Lab Manager will support the overall bring-up, testing, and debugging of the company’s hardware systems - which are designed to deliver extreme efficiency to advanced computing systems and enable next-gen AI applications. This key team member will direct and lead the hardware lab, supporting all functions related to the success of building out industry-defining chips, including:

Responsibilities :

• Spearhead the development and testing of custom hardware systems that incorporate our client's ASICs to ensure seamless integration and functionality
• Conduct thorough electrical characterization of integrated circuits to validate performance and reliability
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during internal testing and at customer sites, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Verify compliance with industry standards for electrical interfaces
• Calibrate lab equipment and systems to ensure accurate testing and measurement.
• Manage hardware, firmware, and software revisions and updates
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery by configuring and testing systems for customer deployment
• Foster strong partnerships with suppliers, managing orders and lab supplies to support ongoing operations

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of relevant lab experience
• Advanced technical engineering degree
• Extensive experience with compliance testing standards related to PCIe and Ethernet standards
• A startup mentality is required for this hands-on company
