As part of our Digital Experience & Strategy team, we are seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager that will be pivotal in shaping our digital product strategy, driving the successful delivery of products that surpass employee expectations, and drive key business outcomes.What You Will DoProduct Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business outcomes and employee needs. Identify new product opportunities and emerging trends, particularly in the context of AI and digital innovationCollaborator Management: Partner with senior executives, collaborators, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, set priorities, and ensure alignment. Effectively communicate product roadmaps, progress, and achievements to all relevant partiesMarket & User Research: Collaborate closely with the Product Design team to conduct market research, user interviews, and data analysis. Use insights to advise product decisions and drive innovation, with a focus on integrating AI-driven solutionsProduct Development: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including conceptualization, development, testing, and launch. Define clear product requirements and user stories, and work with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality, AI-enhanced productsPerformance Monitoring: Establish objectives and crucial metrics to measure product success. Analyze product performance, capture user feedback, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve and optimize the productTeam Leadership: Mentor and guide junior product managers and team members, championing a collaborative team environmentGo-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies in collaboration with business and communication teams. Ensure successful product launches and widespread adoptionRequired Qualifications & Skills 7+ years of experience in a digital product management role, with a proven track record of delivering sophisticated digital productsSolid understanding of product management methodologies, frameworks, and standard processes (jobs-to-be-done, journey mapping, persona-definition, etc.)Proven experience with employee experience platforms and AI-driven product enhancements, with an ability to integrate them into overall product developmentValidated experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies within the product development processesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, able to translate complicated data into actionable insightsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence partners at all levelsStrategic mentality, combining a customer-centric approach and a passion for innovationAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead multiple priorities effectivelyStrong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a collaborative and team-oriented focusBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or comparable field of study, and/or equivalent work experiencePreferred Qualifications Masters Degree in a related field (MBA, etc.)Related certification/sExperience working with large enterprise organizations#LI-JH8The hiring range for this position in Burbank is $136,038 to $182,490 per year and in Seattle is $142,516 to $191,180 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
