What You’ll Do

• Lead engaging group classes and behavior modification sessions for a wide variety of dogs
• Coach and support Hannah Members as they build training skills and confidence with their Pets
• Provide individualized guidance using science-based, positive reinforcement methods
• Mentor other trainers and help maintain consistency in training delivery and outcomes
• Contribute to a collaborative team focused on Pet wellness, Member satisfaction, and retention

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience as a dog trainer with a strong foundation in behavior modification
• Proven success using operant and classical conditioning, including positive reinforcement, lure-reward, and behavior capture
• Excellent people skills—you love teaching humans as much as training dogs
• Experience in a veterinary, shelter, daycare, or similar environment is a big plus
• CPDT-KA, AKC CGC Evaluator, Fear Free, or APDT affiliation preferred

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift dogs up to 40 lbs
• Can stand for extended periods and safely interact with Pets of all sizes and temperaments
