Akkodis is seeking a Level 1 RDS Agent for a long-term W2 contract position (40 hours per week) in Plymouth, Michigan . This role involves working through a chat feature to assist with recalibrating light and camera sensors on windshields. The position requires a focus on quality customer service rather than speed and involves manually building all tickets. Candidates must be able to work onsite in Plymouth for at least 3-5 months before transitioning to a hybrid schedule (3 days remote and 2 days in office).
