Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals. Promote the health & wellness benefits of facials and recommend product purchases and facial frequency. Participate in hands‑on training, workshops, and webinars. Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management. Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas. Build repeat business through members’ referrals and memberships. Job Requirements Licensed Esthetician compliant with local and state licensing laws and regulations. Excellent customer service skills and work ethic. Ability to work flexible days and hours. Strong retail and in‑room upgrade record. Liability insurance. Knowledge of all spa services and product lines as they relate to Estheticians.
