Personal Lines Sales Agent

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and results-driven Personal Lines Sales Agent to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Personal Lines Sales Agent, you will play a key role in driving revenue by converting warm leads into closed sales. Compensation Package

• Base Salary : $38,000 - $48,000 annually + commissions

Responsibilities

• Handle a consistent flow of warm, pre-qualified leads transferred directly to you.
• Provide quotes for new and renewal business.
• Engage with clients via phone to answer inquiries, negotiate terms, and close sales.
• Upsell additional products and services to meet client needs.
• Utilize Hawksoft software to manage client accounts and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including support staff, to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; Life & Health (L&H) license is a plus.
• Experience : Minimum of 1 year in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with Hawksoft software is preferred.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to earn commission.
