About the Position:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated
Live-In Certified Companion Caregiver to provide assistance and companionship for our client. The ideal candidate will be kind, patient, and experienced in providing both emotional and physical support in a home environment.
Responsibilities: - Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities/games.
- Drive (client car) to appointments/errands.
- Stay by client's side to prevent falls
- Support with medication reminders and mobility assistance.
- Accompany the client to appointments and social outings.
- Monitor and report any changes in health or behavior to family or healthcare professionals.
- Ensure a safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment.
Qualifications: - CNA/CMT
- Prior experience in caregiving, particularly in a live-in setting, preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently.
- Must pass background check and provide references.
- Must possess a valid driver's license
