Job Title: Mechanical Installer II - SAT3
Job Description
The Mechanical Installer II position requires a technically skilled individual who is mechanically inclined and experienced with installation processes involving machinery and robotics. Candidates will work with hand and power tools to install robotic arms, sub-stations, and internal site fencing, primarily on mezzanine and sub-mezzanine levels.
ResponsibilitiesGain valuable insight into the material handling industry through hands-on experience with installations at distribution centers. Benefit from the opportunity to work on a 6-8 week project, enhancing your skills in a dynamic environment.
Work EnvironmentThe work environment is situated in Amazon Distribution Centers that are under construction, which can be messy, loud, and sometimes crowded. High visibility requires being presentable and professional. Attire includes PPE such as high visibility vests, glasses, hard hats, gloves, earplugs, and steel-toe shoes/boots. Jeans and t-shirts are acceptable, but avoid loose, baggy clothing.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of San Antonio, Texas.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
