• Core Experience:*
• 2+ years of front desk/medical receptionist experience
• EMR Knowledge
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• HS Diploma or equivalent
• *Must be comfortable to submit to Medical Screenings*
• A Day in the Role:*

This position is to support the upcoming flu season. There will be 2 weeks of intense flu clinics.

• Help set up flu clinic stations for nurses
• Check in staff for their flu vaccine and enter each vaccine administered in Cority (our EMR)
• Greet and direct staff to each nurse’s station
• Provide staff VIS form to read prior to seeing the nurse
• Maintain an inventory of supplies in the flu clinic and contact OHS program manager when running low
• Assist in cleaning and storing supplies at the end of the day
• Responsible for other general office duties such as copying VIS and Flu Log forms
• Work Environment*
• There will be 2 weeks of intense flu clinics
• Hours are from 7:30-4pm but we will need admins here at 7am every day for those 2 weeks mentioned above.
