About the Opportunity:

Job Title: Metal Finisher

Pay Rate Range:$19.50-22.50/Hour

Location:Plymouth, MN

Schedule: 1st Shift, Mon-Thurs 5AM-3:30PM.

Position Type:Temp to Hire

Sheet Metal Team Lead Requirements and Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
2. Ability to lift material on an average of 20-75 pounds.
3. Attention to detail.
4. Punctual and good track record of attendance
5. Ability to add and subtract using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
6. Ability to read and interpret a tape measure.
7. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
8. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
9. Regularly required to sit, stand, and move around and use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.
10. Frequently required to talk and hear.
11. Required to reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch and balance.
12. Frequently required to move wrist, elbow, and shoulder with firm grip.

Sheet Metal Team Lead Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Sets up and operates some type of sheet metal finishing machines, as trained.
2. Finishes most standard units and some non-standard parts.
3. Select correct supplies to obtain correct finished product.
4. Follow shop routing and instructions.
