MS Dynamics 365 Architect

Job Summary:

Involve designing, developing, and customizing solutions within the D365 platform. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and implement configurations, custom code, and integrations. Role includes coding in languages such as C# and JavaScript, configuring Dynamics 365 entities, forms, and workflows, and ensuring the successful deployment of tailored solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, adherence to best practices, and continuous learning about D365 updates are essential aspects of this role.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Lead the architecture, design, development and customization of Dynamics 365 customer engagement solutions including Customer Service, Sales and Customer Insights Journeys.
2. Create High level and low level design documents.
3. Act as Technical Advisor for project teams and provide technical oversight.
4. Ensure security, reliability and performance of the solutions and integrations.
5. Configure entities, forms, views, and workflows to align with business processes. Implement out-of-the-box features and functionalities.
6. Integrate Dynamics 365 with upstream and downstream applications.
7. Hands-on experience with Azure services.
8. Migrate data from legacy applications or from on-premises CRM’s.
9. Ensure all the Dynamics 365 solutions adhere to organization policies.
10. Write, test, and deploy custom code using languages like C# and JavaScript to extend Dynamics 365 capabilities. Develop and modify plugins, workflows, and scripts to meet specific business needs.
11. Conduct thorough testing of customizations and configurations to identify and resolve issues. Debug and troubleshoot code to ensure the stability and reliability of the Dynamics 365 environment.
12. Assist in training end-users on new features and functionalities introduced through customizations.
13. Monitor and optimize the performance of Dynamics 365 applications.
14. Identify and address issues related to speed, scalability, and overall system efficiency.
